Can my child get past the controls of the app to change settings?

No. The Safes Kid app installed on your child’s device doesn’t allow any changes to the parental control settings. The only way your child can change these settings is to gain access to your (parent) dashboard using your PIN code. That’s why it’s important not to share this PIN with your child.
