Profile Management feature on Safes School allows administrators set practical rules to monitor devices and students at school. Safety and security for the students is managed through profiles.
Profile Management is built to provide different methods and rule to monitor the students and their devices. You can find different options in Profile Management tab. Smart App Rules helps you set rule to manage and control app usage. Block, limit or allow certain apps on each device. Using Safe Search and Web Filter enables school look closely into search activities. Educators can allow or block content by categories, preventing harmful websites and search results from appearing on students devices. And finally, the Screen Time rule helps creating device usage limits to improve focus and functionality among learners.

Smart App Rules let you define app boundaries. Use them to block, allow, or limit app usage based on their device OS.
Safe Search
Safe Search is a setting that allows you to block harmful content from being displayed in search results. You can block predefined harmful categories, such as drugs, or define exceptions to not block certain keywords or websites.
Web Filter
Web Filter is a setting that allows you to block harmful websites and URLs from being accessed. You can block predefined harmful categories, such as pornography, or define exceptions to not block certain websites or URLs.
Screen Time
Smart Screen is a setting that allows you to control how much time can be spent on devices during specific days and times. You can set limits for all weekdays or for specific days, and you can specify the duration of time that can be spent on devices.
Bulk Limitation
